The Code of Survival

This is not a suggestion. This is the law of the DeadZone. DeadZone Chronicles operates under a zero-tolerance policy for toxic behavior. Our active staff and moderation team monitor the server around the clock. We don't just have rules—we have enforcement. Real, active, present enforcement. Violate these rules, and you will face swift, permanent consequences. This is your only warning. Read carefully. Play respectfully. Or don't play at all.

General Rules

1. Zero Tolerance for Toxicity

This is non-negotiable. DeadZone Chronicles maintains an active moderation presence at all times. Our staff team monitors in-game activity, Discord communications, and all player interactions. Toxic behavior—including harassment, discrimination, hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or any form of targeted abuse—will result in immediate action. First offense: Permanent ban. No warnings. No second chances. We've built this server to be a challenging survival experience, not a platform for toxicity. If you can't play respectfully, you won't play at all.

2. No Cheating or Exploiting

Any form of cheating, hacking, exploiting game mechanics, or using unauthorized third-party software is strictly prohibited. This includes: aimbots, ESP, speed hacks, duplication glitches, or any other form of unfair advantage. Permanent ban on first offense.

3. No Advertising

Advertising other servers, services, products, or websites is not allowed in-game or on Discord. This includes posting Discord links, server IPs, or promotional content for other communities.

4. Active Staff Presence & Enforcement

DeadZone Chronicles operates with a dedicated, active staff team monitoring the server 24/7. Our moderation team has full authority to enforce rules, issue bans, and maintain order. All staff decisions are final and non-negotiable. Arguing with staff, attempting to circumvent bans, creating drama, or harassing staff members will result in permanent blacklisting. We don't tolerate toxicity from players, and we certainly don't tolerate it directed at our team. The staff presence is real, active, and ready to enforce these rules. Test us at your own risk.

PvP & Combat Rules

5. PvP Guidelines

PvP is allowed everywhere on the server. However, excessive spawn camping, repeatedly targeting new players who just joined, or griefing players who are clearly not a threat may result in warnings. Use common sense and fair play.

6. Combat Logging

Intentionally disconnecting during combat to avoid death (combat logging) is not allowed. Players who combat log may face penalties including item loss or temporary bans.

7. Team Killing

Intentionally killing your own team members or clan members without consent is not allowed. Accidental team kills happen, but repeated intentional team killing will result in warnings or bans.

Base Building & Raiding Rules

8. Base Raiding

Base raiding is permitted and encouraged. However, excessive griefing, destroying bases without purpose, or repeatedly raiding the same base multiple times in a short period may result in warnings. Raid for loot, not just to destroy.

9. Base Placement

Do not build bases in locations that block important areas, spawn points, or major landmarks. Bases built in inappropriate locations may be removed by staff without warning.

10. Exploiting Building Mechanics

Using building exploits, floating bases, or other unintended building mechanics to create unraidable bases is not allowed. Bases that exploit game mechanics will be removed.

Communication Rules

11. In-Game Chat

Keep in-game chat appropriate. No spamming, excessive caps, or disruptive behavior. Use voice chat or Discord for longer conversations.

12. Discord Rules

All Discord community guidelines must be followed. Discord moderators have final say in Discord matters. Be respectful in all Discord channels.

13. False Reports

Making false reports, spam reporting, or abusing the report system will result in penalties. Only report legitimate rule violations or bugs.

Reporting & Appeals

14. Report Issues Properly

Report bugs, exploits, or rule violations through proper channels (Discord ticket system or in-game report). Include evidence when possible (screenshots, videos, player names, timestamps).

15. Ban Appeals

Ban appeals must be submitted through the proper Discord channel. Do not create drama, spam appeals, or attempt to appeal through inappropriate methods. Respectful appeals will be reviewed.

Enforcement & Penalties

IMMEDIATE PERMANENT BAN: Zero tolerance violations. No warnings. No appeals. Toxic behavior, harassment, hate speech, cheating, exploiting, or staff harassment. Our active moderation team doesn't play games. You break these rules, you're gone. Forever.

Warning: First offense for minor rule violations. Multiple warnings escalate to temporary ban. Don't test our patience.

Temporary Ban: 1-7 days for repeated violations or moderate rule breaking. Consider this your last chance.

Permanent Ban: For severe violations. No appeals. No exceptions. You had your chance.

Active Staff Monitoring

Our moderation team is active, present, and watching. We monitor in-game activity, Discord communications, and all player interactions. Violations are caught. Actions are swift. Consequences are permanent. This isn't an empty threat—it's a promise. Play fair, play respectfully, or don't play at all.
